I hope your first week is going well, and for those of you new to GCL and the U.F. campus—welcome! This week I've been encouraged by Paul's exhortation to Timothy in 2 Timothy 3, and there is a lesson that we can apply as we meet people on the U.F. campus. Some people will be life-long brothers and sisters in Christ, while others will be hostile toward us for our faith in Jesus...

 I hope you're having a great Connect week! It's been great to see all of you out there meeting new students and helping them connect to our church and Jesus Christ. Keep it up, and keep trusting God to use you in a tremendous way this fall.
